You will be part of the recruitment team, collaborating with Account Management in learning about our clients, as well as, how we can best serve them. By utilizing best practices in candidate qualification and recruitment process, you will be instrumental in the success of our organization.
- Being onsite with our clients in a technical recruitment and interview scheduling capacity
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers and facilitating weekly reviews of candidates for hire
- Utilizing technical recruitment best practices to search, qualify and place candidates
- Presenting emerging technologies, innovative business models and Value Propositions to the candidate market
- Reviewing candidate profiles to determine technical fit for open roles
- Leading phone and onsite interviews to assess core skills and motives
- Preparing resumes and post interview write ups
- Preparing candidates for client interviews
- Completing new hire paperwork and on-boarding applications
- Experience having worked as a independent recruitment consultant
- Knowledge of best practices systems including LinkedIn, ATS systems and open web search
