The Opportunity: We understand the challenges that occur when integrating onshore and offshore teams. We’re bridging the communication gap between Development and Testing to improve collaboration and process improvement.
The work: Becoming the liaison between international teams to ensure clarity of goals, accountability and drive higher levels of achievement.
- QA Management Experience
- Management of Onshore/Onshore teams
- Project Management
- Agile Methodology Skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Exposure and willingness to use various communication tools and platforms
- Participate in daily scrum meetings
- Experience building metrics to measure process improvement
- Able to work remotely (home office setup)
- Willing to travel (10%)
