The Role:
- Technical recruiting expertise
- Well versed in tech stacks like MERN, MEAN, Python Django, Mobile (iOS, Android), etc
- Ability to process resumes efficiently .
- You are process-oriented, organized, and comfortable in multiple online systems.
- Not afraid to try new approaches and learn new ways.
- Confident in working with founders and leaders of companies.
- You have a positive attitude that can role with the up and down cycles of recruitment with stability and success.
The Requirements:
- 3-10 years of professional experience in technical recruiting, preferably having been at an agency or in-house at a fast-growing startup.
- Laser-focused on how to qualify candidates systematically and with a scoring process.
- You have grit searching for candidates through non-traditional online platforms.
- Have a track record and proof of consistently placing 2-4 candidates a month.
- Focused on managing daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics (output).
