The Work:

  • Manage multiple schedules and initiatives at different stages while staying ahead of your “must-do” list
  • Supporting senior Office Leadership, but working independently and has a desire to grow
  • General administration duties as well as greeting visitors, clients, and others for meetings
  • Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with internal teams and external collaborators and stakeholders
  • Work with a talented, mission-driven, fun-loving team who values your contribution and your individuality
  • Make an immediate impact as an early hire at a fast-growing, venture-backed FinTech start-up  

The Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant 
  • Assisting with company events
  • Setting up workspaces for new hires
  • Highly organized
  • Ordering supplies, working with property manager etc
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree required (4 year degree)
